I appreciate the simple but straight forward advice on how leaders need to be positive in all their interactions. My gut is the importance of this statement may sometimes be overlooked. What a great reminder! I know that when the employees are happy, then a team environment is much more likely to grow, which is a win win situation.

I agree, I always considered myself a good leader, however I have noticed that I confused leadership with management. This course open my eyes as to what leadership ship. Hopefully I will improve on my leadership skills.
