Learning styes

I have seen several types of learning styles at work in my clinical students. There are some who truggle in the didactic portion of their education, but when they get into the clinical portion of their education they really flourish

I feel like this is true in all didactic/clinical programs. I have seen it in my students and experienced it as a student myself. My clinical skills came much easier than didactic.

Most of the time , theory is different from what nurses or preceptors practice in the field. I tried my best to teach them the right way so they will not learn the bad habits of others.

integrating scientific concepts and principles into clinical practice  helped the students understand  and attain the goals and objectives..

it is important to identify the learning needs of the students and the Instructor will have to be resourceful and creative to bring about the desired outcome...students' learning and satisfaction.
