Activity

I have seen several types of learning styles at work in my clinical students. There are some who truggle in the didactic portion of their education, but when they get into the clinical portion of their education they really flourish

I think that active participation of the leader is vital. Leadin by example will tell other members that the leader is passionate in what he/she is doing. This will promote a team spirit and participation. What is your input on this topic?

I learned that it is important to be assertive

I was just a small section, but I learned the importance of being assertive at all times

I think that the flipped concept is very good. The idea of student veiwing a video outside of class and coming back next class session does allow for more collaboration with students and instructor
This is an area that I need to enhance in the next year. I think if I can get my students motivated intrinsicly they will suceed in their careers even more.

I enjoyed this lesson. I can see that soft skills along with people skills are important to function of a healthy work environment or a teacher student relationship. It's like comparing it to an overly strict parent. Being strict is ok but overly strict is not. The child will rebell initially.

OOPs! NOt really bloody but it is related to ABG and Pizza. A little stupid. I don't think I have time to bring ingredients to make a pizza and make it to be a teaching tool for ABG interpretations. But the lecture material did admit that some of these methods are out in left field so to speak. The 3x5 cards for ABG is a excellent tool for abg interpretation. Pizza thing is for children I think.
