Stress

Stress is not a bad thing in of itself it is the way we cope with it that will determine the effect it has on our lives.

I guess it depends on how you look at it. Stress in general, whether it is physical, emotional, psychological, real or imagined, still effects the body in the same manner. With chronic diseases all stemming from an inflammatory process, and all inflammation being caused by some type of stress, it is best to keep stress to a minimum. That being said, good coping mechanisms can reduce stress, which then decrease the stress that the body endured.

Partly, this statement is true. However, I do believe, if we effectively and productively deal with stress...we could avoid it all together.
