Attending Staff Meetings

I agree with the training course, suggesting regular staff meetings. This is the place to exchange ideas, to know new rules/regulations, to get new updates, to get new policies, and to obtain feedback from bosses and co-workers. To also know if we can improve the way we do business and we are all in tuned following the institution's policies to maintain licensing and established protocol.
