Should Academic Assistance be provided to students?

If academic assistance is provided it should available to all who wants to get it. Also it should be within the conformity of the law, moral and ethical.

Differences between Financial aid and other type of assistance

The prospective students should be well informed about the differences between financial aid and other financial assistance provided by the institution to help them with tuition base on their availability and qualification.

What is the most effective marketing

curious the most effective way to cross market with multiple business's?

integrity

as much as it is the agents, and recruiters job to recruit students- it is just as important for all employers to remain 100% honest as to what their program has to offer and not to mislead any prospective students.

Mutual governing body?

Is there a mutual governing body for the Florida Statutes and Rules, policies and procedures manuals, and promotional materials? I wasn't sure if each was their own entity and if each was governed by a similar system.

Financial Aid

I realize the importance of knowing your resource notebook and being well-versed on any/all internal financial aid assistance for a prospective student. What about 3rd party assistance? Is there any programs in the state of Florida that applicants can apply at and admissions reps should be knowledgeable in?

Information Update

I will update the information of my resource notebook every week or when I need it. I´ve got a question. If an student ask me about some information not including on the catalog or in the enrollment contract...Must I give him that information? I know that admission´s staff must give an accurate information but in sometimes the students or prospective students ask about things aren´t related with the institution.

Any tips or suggestions on successful marketing techniques? we currently are working on getting a website. we have banners and flyers made. Just looking for some advice.

some practices that have worked for us are, getting a website set up, weekly meetings, don't hesitate to let technology make your life easier. We currently set up a cloud storage solution that lets us share files instantly on any computer. The service we use is Dropbox.
