The course was beneficial  and it was more enjoyable as a self-paced format rather than attending a live class that covers a tremendous amount of material in a very short period of time.  The final was effective, you had to read the material and be familiar with all aspects of the CSC regs to be able to answer the questions.

This profession is new to me and I was very overwhelmed. I feel very confident since taking this course. I still of course have much more to learn but since this training I feel a lot better about how to handle things and what to say when coming across obstacles. This training was extremely educational and it's information I will use everyday. I thought I somewhat had a grasp on rules and regulations but now I really understand policy and procedures. There was a lot of info I didn't know or even realize.

These courses were extremely important and helpful. It will definitely help me on a daily basis. I've learned so many useful tools that will help me further in my career and to be in compliance!

This training confirmed for me the importance of integrity in what we do everyday. I was impressed to gauge my organizations business model against the compliance expectations as outlined in this training. It was refreshing to understnad that our business model supported these compliance and Program Integrity Regulations. So glad to have spent this time refreshing my knowledge and gaining clarity for the recent changes in legislation.

This training confirmed that our school is definitely staying on top of communicating regulation changes and ensuring our staff is practicing due diligence in making sure we're compliant to  these new regulations.  As a rep who's been with the school two years I did find most of the information to be info I already knew, but I did appreciate the formal training format and assessments to verify that I had retained and also updated my knowledge of these regulations.  I think this would be ana amazing resource for new admissions staff members, and I think it would be most benefiticial… >>>

The CM202 training course had a lot of good info and definitely is a good resource for newer admission reps but honestly, as a 3 yr vet, there was not a lot of new information in this training that I did not already know. I guess it just goes to show that the inhouse training programs we have are doing a great job! I would certainly refer any new ad rep to this program.

The training was very complete with information and best practices for people becoming agents. It also helped me to understand policies and regulations that must be followed in order to ensure that my campus thrives!

My entire campus was required to take this course and I am so glad.  I learned SO much about the new regulations and it made things very clear.

This training program was excellent, it was very imformative and the resources were very helpful. I think I will have my entire staff take this course. 

This training was interesting because even though you may know most of the facts, there is always something that you can learn from it. As important as these subjects are, this training was very informative and helpful.

These classes were very good review material. I've had very good training, and the information provided was well detailed and easy to use with the information that I have already learned.

I found the classes teken today were beneficial to my job. I was able to learn and reeducate myself on things that are key elements in Education. After taking these classes I feel I have a better understanding on whats going on currently with education.

After being in the field for a year, the re certification process was very helpful, as manythings have changed with federal regulations in the last year.  This is a good tool to add to what you already know.  It is nice to get refreshed.

The course content was detailed and well organized to ensure both tenured and new staff members could easily benefit from the material.  I really liked how each section was outlined and offered print materials for us to print out and refer back towards even after we stopped having access to the course. 

Great informative training.  The only area of opportunity I'd recommend for future trainings is to eliminate the discussion boards.  Almost all postings were maybe 1-2 sentences with very little content to the answers, which means we're really not learning anything from eachother's responses or applying what we know… >>>

This course has been an EXCELLENT tool for me being a brand new employee. It was extremely refreshing to come into a new job and right away be exposed to a place where transparency is valued so much. I feel really prepared to work with prospective students in their venture to acheive an education.

This course has truly brought to light several concepts and issues that I never would have initially thought about. I am pleased to say taht I was able to gain knowledge as to the proper procedures of many of the concepts.

This was an excellent course. This will be very helpfull in our current and future paths. This will be very informative to discuss with other instructors.
