Marketing

We have found recently that one of the more effective tools in marketing is billboards on main highways.

There is no better marketing tool than successfull students

There is no better feeling that to bump in to one of your students in their work area and seen how their life changed when they came and saw you. The interview is a life changing decision that will take a student on a diffrent path. But is the students decision we can only show them the door. It is there choice which door to take.

It is essential to have an admission representative that knows all rules and regulations. To avoid any misunderstanding with candidates.

Do the right thing.

Florida compliance isn;t just about beurocracy, its about doing the right thing. All of the rules and regulations in this training seem to be geared simply toward being honest and fair with perspective students, and following these rules ensures that you are providing those students with a fair and moral expereince

Admissions Representative Compliance

I have learned that the Fair Consumers Practices play a major part in what we do as Admissions Representatives.  I will ensure that I go over all forms in detail so that the prospective student is given all accurate information. I also will not exaggerate a program to the student to paint an untrue picture of what we have to offer.  The brand of my campus beings with the overall experience that the student receives.

Good Course

I enjoy to take this course, and I learn a lot about the procedures and why are there. I think is very important having this regulations and procedures to be more standarized in this industry.  Also we need to be consius about the honesty with our prospectives students. I suggest more examples in the different topics.

Culture of Compliance

Very Challenging

Good information provider

On my vision the importance in the performance as a representative of the admissions department is based on the understanding and application of the statutes and regulations are provided by CIE, however full communication with the candidate telling him and explaining with details all the institute services and the different courses in which he(she) can participate is indispensable to obtain good results at the end of the admissions process.

Interviewing skills

I think it is very important and critical to exercise great interviewing skills to uncover what the student is really trying to accomplish in thier life. Listening skills are a great attribute to the success of an enrollment representative.

Buyer Be Ware

Everyone in admissions has had that student you interviewed that was very concerned because their aunt told them forprofit schools are not accredited, you get all you tuition payed, you cant transfer credits.

I love these individuals because educating them on our accredidation, introducing the prospect student to the proper person in the financial aid department, and helping them comprehend this is something that with proper understanding may actually be the right option.

The potential student often times is happy and less confused with how the school operates. Communication and Educating the prospect is vital.

Joining Organizations

There are many organizations and blog you can join to help your admissions department gain new information regarding compliance.
