Collect and Evaluate the Results

I enjoyed this course immensely.  I many times have relied upon my own experience as a direction-finder in achieving my goals.  However I believe I could do even better if I make it a point to collect and evaluate my results at the end of the year.  Great stuff indeed.

Leadership Impact

This course was extremely enlightening. I was glad to learn that the responsibility isn't totally on the leader but that all parts of the framework are critical. For results to occur, all pieces are necessary. I plan to utilize some of the strategies in my current job to promote a more positive environment for not only me as a leader but also my team.
