In reading the comments from other participants is really encouraging.

They get it, and it will improve our performances if we practice it regularly.

Glad to have participated.

If the prospective student really appreciates your assistance to them, you will know it and your self esteem is enhanced.  This brings pride in your work and it shows!  This course really touches the keys that make us better at who er are and what we do.

Understanding that we do not need to enroll every student that we interview.  Making poor choices in recommending a student

when you know they are not a good candidate for your school will result in failure for all.  Having respect for yourself should

prevent this from occuring blatantly.

I am really glad I chose this training module.  IT WORKS!

 

 

 

 

Your contributions in assisting students through their challenges will be rewarded through more graduates, happier students and more referrals.  Students love to engage with other prospective students and they share their experiences, good and bad.  You can see this type of learning encourages the good.  

I totally agree with a few of the comments on how you find rewardment in admissions when you are trully helping

prospective students.

The suggestions and comments are really helpfull.  We all are faced with these type of challenges.

 

This is a very important aspect for student recuitment.  If we can provide an open discussion with the propective student

on how others have resolved issues that may hinder their success in school.  Letting the student know that many other students face the same challenges and how they were able to resolve them.

Asking the right questions will establish a comfort zone for the prospective students.

They realize that you are not trying to "sell" them on your program and will be more receptive to 

your interview.

I am impressed with the structure now beeing used for these training modules. 

I hjave learned much toward training others in the same capacity.
