I found this course to be very helpful while considering my upcoming tasks that will hopefully allow me to discover the best solutions to achieve our deadlines.

It is good to get all kinds of ideas out even wild ideas. It is nice when all ideas are considered and not immediately discarded or thrown out before you can even finish it. This course offers ways to get the most out of your employees ideas and could help with better problem solutions.

I thought this course was intersting. I offered several techniques for getting the best solutions, not just the easiest.

I plan to use the information I learned in my current role with helping to develop and understand the steps to create innovative curriculum that students will enjoy and engage with.

Be open to yourself and others

Always find a way to think positively and overcome obstacles

Not to focus on a solution but first identify the problem so you know you are finding the right solution.

Follow the given guidlines will be more sucessful

Everyone has a creative side. Given the right tools anyone can be creative or imaginative. You may have to find the technique that works best for you whether it be writing, visual or based off of others. 

There are numerous ways to approach a problem and solve the situation. always remember to do your research and listen to your team. Never jump the gun to just get an answer

Waying out all the important factors in a situation with a clear and positive approach will more often than not lead to better results

Oftentimes the best solutions come for the most unsuspected places and people.  We need to open our minds to working with others in a judgement-free environment.  Some would disapprove and call this a free-for-all.  Others would savior the experience for its quality outcome.  It is worth the time and effort to practice the techniques discussed in this lesson.

Even though content, tips, and structure provide the tools to successfully deploy a strategic plan, I think it is as important to have a visionary mindset that goes hand in hand with drive, initiative, innovation, and entrepreneurship, these soft skills are key components to the project success.

Having a skilled team that not only possesses the knowledge and experience but also performs under pressure, it's creative and confident about making decisions or adjust to situations that are very important to accomplish the tasks at hand efficiently and timely. Such accomplishment is only possible with leadership and patience.

More people need to read this module and take it to heart.

It is very important to use all resources available to solve problems.

The best thing I have learnt from this course is that we need to do the more root cause analysis and ask why when we faces issues.

In meetings, group energy should be harnessed to solve problems, such as, the major issue of maintaining good student attendance and punctuality, a problem that can be found in many classes at school.
