This module has taught me various different important aspects of the job. I learned the importance of knowing the information i'm passing on to a student. Being able to use the documents you send out to your students as well as the importance of being able to share that information with the students enrolling in your progam.

Whenever I am on a call with an enrolled student, I always pull up their file, so I have access to all pertainent information. It is good to know that the requirements for these files are standardized throughout our system and by everyone who handles them. This streamlines my interactions with students and makes me more professional.
Checklists are so important and make the interview or admissions appointment so much smoother. I actually created a preliminary questionnaire for students so I provide the student with proper information and i can better track what program they are going into and what missing documents they may need.
