I learned what is important to be complaint and what we need to have "handy" in our Resouce Notebook.

The importance of understanding the programs in our instutition and create relationships to help during the process. 

I have learned how important is the enrollment agreement and the parts of the catalog.

This is my first time working in Education and in an Admissios Department. The learning process has been beneficial and easier because everything is available to us during training; policies, marketing material and training information. It's good to know that the industry is regulated.
