Organization is essential for Admissions. The checklist is a huge helper.  All paperwork must be discussed in detail with the student to make sure that the student does understands it.  Never rush it. 

Understand your institution’s catalogue, enrollment form and what to do with the files following enrollment. The institution’s catalog and enrollment agreement lay out the terms of what the student can expect from our institution. It is important to stay update on any changes to programs, catalogs, and enrollment agreements at the institution. It is also vital to be prepared and familiar with the policies and procedures when completing all the paperwork. Knowledge is key, as we always want to make sure we are giving the student detailed and accurate information.

This  module is important to know the admissions process and was a good refresher for me to review the admission steps and compliance guidelines.

I have learned the important aspects of the Enrollment Agreement and that a student is not considered to be enrolled until all the required information is complete and there is proof that the student meets admissions requirements. I will utilize these aspects during all interactions

I learned about the importance of organizing myself to better serve my students and how that consistent process will help me stay within the guidelines provided. 

In this Module you learn about what is needed to have for a students file. You also learn that a checklist should be used in order to properly inform students of what is required for enrollment. A student will not be enrolled until the proper forms are signed and turned in. Lastly it is important to know what kind of financial assistance your school offers to properly inform the students what they could use to help them afford the program.

What can I tell you, The importance of the erollment agreement as a  contract that forms the agreement to terms of enrollment and provides disclosures which inform consumers of important policies of the institution. Key for the admission process.

In this module I learned the importance of having a check list ready before interviewing a prospect. 

I learned about the enrollment agreement and how important it is for my work on admissions. In addition, all the law, rules and regulations related with the Florida Department of Education and the Florida Comission for Independent Education.

I learned the Enrollment Agreetment is necessary   and having a check list for the interview is so important.

I learned that a best practice is to prepare a student file with all appropriate student information. Any questions a student may have relating to the enrollment agreement, fee schedules, tuition and refund information must be clearly understood by me and related to the student.

Organizing a folder and checklist for the admissions process is key to ensuring the proper steps and information is given to each applicant. Communication is essential between all departments, so it is important to know the information potential students are given in each of the different departments, especially regarding finances and payment options. 

The enrollment agreement contains same working as the detail in an academic catalog.
