I have learned from this module, that preparation is key to success for the instructor. Also the importance of setting up the objectives, resources, and learning outcomes of the syllabus.

I've learned that it's important to have a detailed syllabus that clearly outlines the objectives, expectations, policies, and resources needed for students to succeed in the course. Additionally, you should ensure you have the right tools and resources to effectively teach your class. Proper planning for your day and arriving prepared for your class are also key aspects of successful preparation.

The theme reflects the importance of creating an effective learning environment by ensuring that the classroom environment is appropriate and conducive to student engagement. This includes ensuring that all learning materials, technology, and supplies are ready, and that students’ needs for demonstrations or presentations are taken into account. Additionally, careful consideration of the comfort and readiness of the classroom for learning is critical to facilitating a productive learning process.

I would carefully plan my assignments accordingly to what the students are learning.

As has been mentioned in several places within this module, early and careful planning will help greatly in making your instructional efforts rewarding.

Develop a good plan and improve as time leads on.

Developing a detailed plan for students and for myself as an instructor is vital in determining the outcome of student success

Preparing lesson plans and getting to class early will be important for success.

Creating a clear and concise class plan enhances students' learning experiences.

Make classes engaging and be sure that your students know why your are teaching what you're teaching. Having a clear goal expressed will help your students feel like they are advancing towards something.

Having a clear plan that is effective and engaging is important. Also making sure to create moments of review and "
what have you learned today" moments, make the students experience memorable.

Being prepared for class is essential. Avoid wasting students' time by fumbling around with technology and being unsure of what to do. Show enthusiasm for your students and the subject you are teaching. This will help engage students and create a positive learning environment.

As a new instructor it’s okay to feel nervous—it’s a normal part of teaching. Use that energy to be prepared, stay present with your students, and make the first day a positive experience for everyone. The more authentic and approachable you are, the more your students will feel at ease.

it’s important to know your material and follow the syllabus as it pertains to subject matter. Students will ask questions and as an instructor, you have to know the answers to those questions. It is also important to plan and anticipate in order to better prepared for the students questions.

Students will ask questions, as an instructor, it is very important to have good knowledge of the material and the requirements of the course/program.  Reminding the student on regular basis of the pathways available to them in their field.

It is very important to be knowledgeable about your program in the areas of requirements for credentialing and certifications.

Preparation is the key to a successful class. Make sure to read all the course content and make adjustments to support my teaching style.

I learned from this to be prepared  helps to make the day smoother and help to keep the day organized as well as to stay on task.

Preparedness is essential, as wells as engaging with students before class starts.

Come in early and start engaging with students.
