The Importance of Organizational Culture | Origin: RT104

As an instructor our job is to be their mentor. If we set deadlines we need need to uphold them and meet them. This will show them importance of deadlines. We also need to demonstrate how to prioritize tasks and explain this so they can be the most successful as possible. We need to do all of this with a positive outlook and give reasoning as to why and how this will benefit us in the long run to meet our end goals.
