During an onsite visit, it is important to remain professional, welcoming, and prepared at all times. I have learned that the way we interact with visitors can leave a lasting impression on our organization. It is important to greet visitors promptly, introduce ourselves, maintain a professional attitude, and be prepared to answer questions or direct them to the appropriate person. We should also be familiar with our facility, policies, and procedures, and daily operations so that we can confidently address questions that may arise.
