I’ve learned from this training that admissions representatives do much more than enroll students. Their role is to help prospective students make informed decisions by providing accurate, honest, and up-to-date information about academic programs, admissions requirements, financial aid, student support services, institutional policies, and career opportunities offered from the school’s programs. The training also reinforced the importance of maintaining compliance with Florida regulations, understanding course requirements and higher education terminology and staying informed about policy, program, and regulatory updates. Staying organized with resources and knowledgeable about marketing campaigns is essential to ensuring an efficient admissions process.
