The section was very useful. Unskilled and Skilled questions gave a better understanding of by better techniques to grasp, on how to reframe questions to help them come across safer and now get caught in traps to avoid. I also like how the "Past, Present, and Future Sequencing", I use this in the form of doing a vision board. I like the vision board because it gives something tangible to see.
This is my first time learning of the "Clean Language Questioning" I like how the converse was just one the metaphors used. I actually use this sometimes when I catch it and ask about it. and to sum it up, it comes down to being an active lister to hear what is being said and not being said.
