I learned that online courses has to be realistic, knowing the learning style of each student to better create course objectives to motivate students. teaching time management and the use of technology is essential to online learning. knowing the needs of students especially special learners and accommodate them. create an open ended environment, where students can give feedbacks and also be creative. Online classes can be fun, it can also be boring.
