I learned that online courses has it risk, however by using what I have learnt for this course will help maximized online learning experience in a positive way.

I learned that using both synchronous and asynchronous communication styles will be more efficient with online teaching.

This course describes the importance of utilizing every tool that is available to instructor to create a lasting, learning and professional relationship with their students.

The online platform can be very beneficial to both students and instructors. I feel strongly that as instructors we should learn to navigate and know how to use online tools to enhance learning. I will definitely use it to my advantage to create a better learning environment for my students.

Applying the 7 principals to online learners is very important, however, as instructors we must  do our part in making sure our students follow through. Online learner can benefit from making a schedule that they are comfortable with, this will give them time for their personal life and school life as well. It will not overwhelming or stressful. While students can benefit from finishing courses earlier, effectively planning and time management will ensure that students are not only ahead of the game but also understanding and learning the course materials.

It is important to know how to navigate different tools to be successful in online learning. As instructor we must make sure our students learn to access and navigate online learning tools to make sure they are not stress and are very successful. Building a good easy to use system will be efficient in learning process.
