One of the most important lessons I learned is the need to keep learning objectives at the forefront when selecting tools and technologies for online instruction. The tools used in a course should support student learning and contribute to a seamless educational experience that is comparable to an in-person classroom environment.

It is also essential to consider students' needs when designing and organizing online course content. Courses should be structured in a way that is intuitive, accessible, and easy to navigate, allowing students to locate materials and complete activities without unnecessary challenges. A well-designed online course helps students focus on learning rather than overcoming barriers to access or navigation.
