I understand the need and use objectives in the course subject matter of provide to my students.
What I need to do moving forward is testing myself more before I hand out mid term practical exam just to see if revisions need to be made.
Sometimes after the fact it could be something minor or moderate that needed a change. I've revised teaching material before but sometimes it has happend after the fact.. it's a hit or miss.....like how come I didn't see that coming.
So now I will be putting into practice by test myself with the course material.
BUT I still know no matter what depending on the change of the audience meaning the students.. changes will be a constant measure. Formative assesments and Summative assesments are very important tools that I use assesing my students as a vocational ed instructor.
