Key points I have learned about behavior management are broken down to five categories (noisy learner, quiet learner, disruptive learner, intimidators, and procrastinators) that are easier to identify when dealing with students personalities and behavioral traits. This module helped facilitate ways to learn about these behaviors such as the noisy learner may be regarded as borderline disruptive but it is important for educators to identify this and catch it early on by setting boundaries. What I found very interesting was the difference between the  interdependent and interactive learner. Both a dominate force that actually creates competition that may fuel the discussion but as for the instructor to be very attentive to conflict. To conclude; oppositions that may effect students outcomes are contributed to attrition management or competing responsibilities.
