In this section, I learned the importance of establishing my credibility as the instructor and modeling behaviors I expect from the learners in the course. In an online learning environment, it is important to communicate to the students in both verbal and written formats using video or audio apps to inform them of course learning objectives, course expectations, and how to communicate with the instructor regarding your availability and how best to communicate with you. There were also several approaches discussed to establish a good relationship with the learners.
