<p>I have learned that in an e-learning environment it is of extreme importance to be able to provide the students with as much support as they may need so that they may feel a sense of comfort and security while taking the course. As an instructor I will make sure to familiarise myself with the course guidelines so that I may be able to provide my students as much support as they may need in a timely manner. At the same time, I have learned that familiarising myself with the CMS system is also key to providing my students any additional technical support they may need.&#160;</p>
