I have learned that while soft skills are highly valued in the business and industry sectors, educational institutions don't always prioritize them. Academic achievement is based on technical knowledge, but professional development also depends on soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, and adaptability. This knowledge emphasizes how important it is to balance the two learning domains. I plan to put this into practice by actively participating in opportunities to strengthen my soft skills, such as group projects, presentations, and peer review activities. I will be more prepared for future professional accountability if I develop these skills in addition to technical knowledge. I'm also eager to find out what successful teaching strategies teachers employ to deliberately integrate soft skills into the curriculum.
