<p>Support is very vital to a student's overall success and personal growth. Every student should feel accepted and be treated fairly. You can develop plans of action specifically for a student based off of personal needs. Get to know the student's names and backgrounds and find time to share personal experiences with the class so they can get to know me as well. Greet and acknowledge every student. This could be what a student needs to get through their day. Ensure everyone participates and keep myself opened to learning approaches based off of students personalized needs. Hold high but realistic expectations and give them clear instructions on what they need to do to succeed in my course while offering rewards without creating a conflicting and competitive environment. Remember to have fun and make this learning experience a positive and memorable experience.&#160;</p>
