Create lectures that aren't overwhelmingly long. Create case studies and problem-based thinking activities. This gives students the opportunity to use the information given during the lecture and apply it during this class activities. This keeps them motivated.

I intend to utilize all of this information and tips to create an interactive yet goal-oriented learning environment. Where students feel safe to ask questions and are given the opportunity to get to know one another while gaining the necessary information required to pass the course. Setting realistic expectations and not getting overwhelmed by time.  

This module explains the importance of preparation. Using syllabus, creating objectives and outlines while ensuring policies are being followed are all essential for being an effective teacher. Careful and early planning as well as making checklists are ways to help keep instructors prepared and keep students in the flow of learning.

Proper preparation and setting the tone for your class while being professional and a model is key to being an effective teacher.

Techniques to reprimand students and have control of the class. 

Guide style teaching is most efficient for students success in a classroom setting.

Knowing the source of a student's motivation can be used as a tool to show you care about their success. Delivery of content must be fluid, thorough and understandable.

This section highlights the importance of learning and the different ways to personalize lessons. Building a good rapport is necessary when utilizing verbal and non-verbal cues as a method to keep the class interactive because this helps students feel more comfortable, confident and willing to participate. Techniques are available to assist students who need extra time or feel discouraged. Creating and expecting a positive attitude during class is vital to stay focused. Using the R.E.F.O.C.U.S. method helps students stay on task and want to return to class every day.  Be yourself and keep students excited using activities. 

Support is very vital to a student's overall success and personal growth. Every student should feel accepted and be treated fairly. You can develop plans of action specifically for a student based off of personal needs. Get to know the student's names and backgrounds and find time to share personal experiences with the class so they can get to know me as well. Greet and acknowledge every student. This could be what a student needs to get through their day. Ensure everyone participates and keep myself opened to learning approaches based off of students personalized needs. In order to efficiently help the class as a whole, you must start out with a strong level of motivation to keep them encouraged. You must take the time to know each student a little better individually to ensure that they are given the most helpful focal points of studies if necessary. This also helps you orchestrate the class smoothly knowing each student's strengths and weaknesses.
