I learned that understanding student needs is key to effective teaching. Every learner has unique strengths, needs, and learning styles, and being aware of these differences helps me tailor instruction and support. I also learned that recognizing things like motivation, background knowledge, and learning preferences can make lessons more engaging and effective. I plan to apply this by paying attention to my students’ individual needs, adjusting activities when necessary, and creating a learning environment
