The flipped classroom is a helpful strategy, especially when you have a lab component within your course. I do see resistance from students, however, this is more because the concept of a flipped classroom is new to them. I see the importance of students being allowed to take the time with the material and taking a deeper dive into those concepts that are new or intriguing to them.
