This has helped to affirm that my methods of adapting my class environment dynamically have been a good decision. I recognize that different learners learn different ways. Shifting between different styles within the curriculum and the approaches used, between auditory, visual, and tactile learning methods, its helping me to understand more information about each of these groups and identifiers when interacting with the groups how I can relate to each of them and methods i can use to impact them in a positive manner.  Teaching from a fully online ILT (Instructor Lead Teaching) makes it more challenging to impact certain groups but if your rotating through the different methods, it seems to keep the larger group engaged. I am usually interacting with about 15-20 students average now, and at least 75-80% seem to be staying engaged. I am trying to learn this information to engage the others if I can.
