Lesson plans are important because they help you focus on what you need to prepare for class. Delivering the material can be done in a variety of ways helps keep the students interested and engaged. Take into consideration the different learning styles when deciding on how to deliver the content. Having a form of notes available while you teach can help keep you on track to know what the important items that need to be discussed is. Overall be creative, be competent, be personable, and select the delivery method that allows the students to learn the material and demonstrate mastery, while enjoying the process tot he maximum extent possible.
