<p>When watching the Harvard Business video I learned that not only showing up early or on time makes you prepared. Being prepared to teach a class means engaging with your students is important as well. In preparation for class he asked one student what her and her group had read, to me that was very insightful. That one simple question can give him knowledge of what his students were able to complete and what they thought of the articles. This helped me understand that when asking students these questions it can help you gage on where to go next in your lesson plan or how to better adapt your teaching so students can be more successful.&#160;</p>
