I learned that planning and preparation play a big role in how confident and effective I am as an instructor. When lessons are organized with clear objectives and materials prepared ahead of time, everything runs more smoothly and learners stay more engaged. I also realized that preparation doesn’t mean sticking rigidly to a plan, but being ready to adjust when things don’t go exactly as expected. I plan to apply this by taking more time to prepare lessons in advance while staying flexible and responsive to my learners’ needs. This approach helps me feel more confident and better equipped to support learning.
