Developing as an instructor will push you to take the lead and come out of your comfort zone. Leadership will feel intimidating, but over time you'll gain confidence in guiding others and trusting your abilities. I also learned that you don't have to teach exactly like everyone else to be effective. Bringing my own teaching style to the table will help me connect better with learners and create a more comfortable learning environment. This experience will help me grow not only as an instructor, but also as a leader who teaches with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.
