Expectations vs Delivery
Can you discuss methods of affecting student outcomes for students that may have high expectations of curriculum and short-term career advancement while delivering inconsistent results?

I am not really sure what you are asking here. Please clarify.
One thing that can help expectations to be realistic is to be sure the enrollment team, most of whom have not been in the career fields to which students have been drawn, has the correct information so that the pictures match when the student is in class and completes the program.
