Mystery Shoppers

Mystery Shoppers, From what I see, I believe that our Admissions Staff preforms a great job. If a mystery shopper was to come into our school I could only hope that the information collected would meet all standards set by our Home Office.

We all would hope that would be the case. Mystery shopping is a good strategy to check your assumptions on how service is being provided. It is a snapshat of performance, but can give great insight to processes and procedures. It also can give great specific feedback that can be implemented easily.

Richard, Meeting standards is necessary for growth and success. Are there any areas for opportunity that you can identify?

I want to be a mystery shopper to see what admissions says about our dental program. Im on the other end, I have no clue how they sell the program. It would be fun to see them in action, and hear what they say. I want to deliver what they are pitching.
