The paperwork is submitted to the DOA after the initial visit with the student. Four weeks before the start of classes, the DOA reviews the paperwork again and then 2 other people review the file.

For all of my organizing, I am keeping everything in my folder, which I complete on a daily basis.
I have created a outlined list with folders to designate the appropriate section for the Admissions training.
we have a checklist. i also have organized papers in folders by topic.
Keeping them in alphabetical order in binder.
Our school is rather small. Since I am the only person handling admissions, I simply keep a tabbed notebook with a copy of all applicable forms, including the enrollment agreement, rules and statutes and a student catalog, etc. It's a great resource with everything I need to answer questions and review pertinent information with prospective students.
I use a resource notebook, but with a twist, as we focus on technology training mainly.
I have created electronic versions of all of our documentation taht we share with a typical student, and have them on a IPAD that I use to go over the documentation during the student's appointment(s) to see the school and go through the application interview and process.
In addition, I have created a complete document package for each student prior to the appointment, and I hand them a complete set of the documents that we go over in digital fromat at the end of the appointment on a small USB thumb drive for their reference.

- The marketing plans for each month. It is possible that the advertising campaigns are designed to change periodically.
- All the separate institutional policies and procedures manuals, employee manuals, student manuals, and internship manuals.
- The Organization chart.
- Information about where graduates get jobs.
The best way to learn the statutes, rules and regulations is with the practice, It is impossible to learn them by heart. Every time we have doubts about a procedure we must consult the Statutes, rules and regulations and if we do not understand them we must consult with people experts on the topic including FAPSC
All of my organizations admission paperwork is computerized, there is nothing printed. Students E-sign all documents. We do print copies of all documents for the student, however we electronically upload ours.
I have organized all of my paperwork using binders with tabs and sections to organize everything. This makes it very easy to locate documents as needed.
This admissions training is teaching me things i did not know like the resource notebook and to be more aware of the commission's rules and regulations. I have printed and organize all my paper work in sections as i go along accordingly.
In the front of every students file, we have a check list that cover everything that is required by our school and the CIE. We also have this same check list every time that we speak with a potential student, not a detailed, but we like to cover all our bases and also make sure we are compliant.
Double Checking is a main philosophy that I live by, its very helpful in making sure things are done right the first time, and everything was covered with the students.
Our school is very well organized with this department. We have the complience dept that goes over all the aspects of the file.
We start of with a student profile, the checklist, and other dept there after. The file is pretty well organized. The checklist makes it easier.
Following the training here I keep a notebook with up to date information in it. My enrollment paperwork is kept in a seperate file.
