Yes, you must register with TWC as an authorized designee to conduct business in the absence of the school director. This is done by filing the necessary paperwork and having the approval on file at the school.

Larry , We do that as well! We call it a new student review meeting. The primarily we are doing the same function is what you address. It's an excellent opportunity to bring the school together and look at perspective students. Patty Aronoff
