Coping With Stress

Unfortunately, stress is a part of natural life. Some good, some bad. Finding ways to cope with negative stress will help one to lead a more productive life.

I find that exercising and talking about the situation helps me relieve stress.Stress is a part of life but you could try to control it.

Catherine, Yes, I like to think that some people do a nice job of 'managing' stress. While we're never really in control, some people have a better way of managing through than others.

I am a certified Yoga instructor. Although, I do not currently teach yoga, the breathing techniques I have learned in my training are extremely helpful in managing stress.
