overestimating yourself

people tend to overestimate the amount of stress they can handle. It is important to understand what you can and can't handle.

Stress has a way of creeping up and before you know it...wham! Try to breathe through it.

I find the stress indicators to change depending on the situation and often can hide well until the level is quite high than it becomes very hard to handle.

Pamela, Stress has a way of sneaking up on you. Sometimes this happens when an unexpected task enters our queue. Other times, we are like frogs in hot water and don't realize that we've taken on too much.
