    I find sometimes it's tough to teach older student that may semi related to what is being covered do to changing there bad habits or get them awy from a comfort zone that they may be used to. I find finding a topic and discussing different ways to look at it.

Some adult learners have more motivation and engaging in the class discussion. However, it is very challenging to moderate some who feel that life experiences provided them a sense of being a co-moderator of the class. The challenge is when they continue to interrupt the lecture with every lif story they see fits the discussion. I allow students to relate the topic being discussed with their life experience as long as I can leave enough time to discuss the weekly topics.

Input and feedback from their classmates might help get them back on track.
