As a licensed institution of nearly 3 years, I must admit that the admission section of the organizational structure is the most difficult one. I find the easiest way to make it a smooth process for all involved is to enroll student when they have all the required documents and also to finalize the enrollment packet in one day. Have all paperwork completed and then turn it over to be filed immediately.

While admissions role is different from financial aid topics, we must be sure to at least understand new policies and requirements from various institutions. The VA has recently changed some rules so our admissions team will meet with the financial aid team to ensure understanding and compliance.
