I find the resource notebook to be a great tool! Regarding the License renewal, I have made a "Renewal Notebook" to keep old copies, updated copies and changes for next year readily available. I built it based off of the format I used for the resource notebook. I have been handling Admissions for the last year and wish I had this earlier!

I like having a resource notebook as a tool to access all important information as well as a way to keep updated on new policies and regulations. Since our campus is going green and everything seems to be available on my computer, would it be just as effective to create a notebook on my computer with all the information located in one spot?
