CM305: Course Feedback

The importance of training programs such as CM305 cannot be overstated for admission representatives and recruiters but also for any school employee who is exposed to questions from prospects. The key is, unless you are a subject matter expert, do not provide "an answer" in the absence of the "correct answer". Integrity and compliance demands accuracy and truthfulness, which will benefit all involved.

As a new Admission representative, I really appreciated the opportunity to be involved in this training.  It certainly drove home the importance of complianceand allowed me to connect with and affirm what we are doing at a local level, as not only the right thing to do, but the importance of doing it right!  I feel that if I am exposed to the proper way of doing my job from the onset, then there is definitely a very good chance of me developing long-lasting healthy habits; compliance is instilled and it becomes second nature!

I noticed that most of the questions in the quizes were very specific to the Admissions and to the Financial Aid professionals. Some of those questions were too specific and did not provide all the information before the quiz itself. However, overall it was a great course. I learned a lot and refreshed my memory.
