When we started our online program, there was alot of uncertainty. Not only was it new for us as instructors but it was a totally new approach for the students. It started out very complex and not so user friendly. The students needed codes that only worked half the time and it became a real challenge. We took the bull by the horns so to speak, and totally reformatted our program. Now the students no longer have the need for codes, and the entire program is really easy to access. We have seen more students signing up and more instructors willing to work in the program as a result.
