Due to COVID-19, I felt this course very relevant to enhancing my strengths and improving my weaknesses in being an online instructor. From this course I have learned various workload management strategies in dealing with online classes. For example, plannine is crucial and utilizing the ADDIE model of setting up a course is ideal. I would be Analyzing my past courses, Designing a new course to meet students' needs, Development appropriate assignments to expound content, Implementing the course, and then Evaluating the course at the end and also at the mid point. I will start using the Stop, Start, Continue approach at the middle of the course to gage student's perspectives on what I should Stop doing, what I should Start doing, and what I should Continue doing in the online course. Also, giving personal feedback to each student every week through an email about their grades will really help me develop a stronger rapport with the students.
