I want to say that I have been teaching for nearly 20 years in the traditonal way, being thrown into the online teaching process has been a challenge not only for myself but fot the students. The things that I have laearned so far have been very helpful and I anm glad for the training.The problem I see is for the students. I feel that they should be given some online training on how the online process can be successful for them as well as for the instructor. Many do not understand this concept and this is why they came to a hands on type of education.

I am sure that within time I will feel better gounded in this style of teaching.  It requires me to make some changes in how I teach but I am willing to learn and change
