This was a great refresher for me. Sometimes you come across difficult situations and you have to take a pause and think it thru to make sure you are handling the situation appropriately.

The modules really hit on the areas that we in Admissions need to employ on a daily basis.  It also reinforced the practices that we utilize on a daily basis.

Great content and it is always wonderful to keep these items at the forefront of my mind! I look forward to continuing to keep up to date throughout the year and to be able to refer back to my resources to continue to to keep a culture of compliance throughout the year. Thank you!

This was a great refresher for me.  A ton of new information to review and now can apply to the DOE position with Delta Career Education Corp.

I have learned more about students or idividuals in general with disabilities. I understand more of how important it is to properly interact with students of disability. Sympathy is not me helping with their success.

This was a very informative training. I now how a resource manual to refer to and stay updated on all the agents information.

This course really helped me to learn exactly what you may and may not do in regard to a wide range of compliance issues.  I feel much better about going about my daily duties as an instructor with this knowledge.

Just completed the course.  Thank you for the wealth of information in beginning my new career as an admissions rep.  My only suggestion is that the facilitator should be accessible.

I've been at this a while, but I always enjoy the chance to go back and revisit the material, check to see what--if anything--is new, and just get a refresher.    This is extremely critical information, and I'm pleased at the structure and content of this course.   It covers everything very thoroughly, without digging too deep beyond what is necessary.  It does provide the context and foundations, with the reasonings for the regulations, and this is very helpful.   I'm occasionally asked about these things by prospective and current students, and they find it extremely helpful when I can answer their questions.… >>>
